Impressionists saw themselves as the purveyors of modernism, representing the dynamic world around them. They not only invented an artistic language that captured light and color as never before but also changed the way that artists interacted with the art-buying public. The works of E. Manet, C. Monet, A. Renoir, B. Morisot and E. Degas will be presented.
